Shipping & Returns Policy


ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING POLICY

     PRET AND COUTURE COLLECTIONS:

      • These products are made-to-measure, handmade in India and shipped worldwide.
      • Once your order is received, a dedicated design assistant will get in touch with you to confirm your customisation details and to keep you informed about the status of the order. 
      • On confirmation, we take 2-10 working days to fulfil the order and dispatch it (subject to Covid guidelines).
      • The whole order amount will be refunded in case the order is lost or undelivered to your location.
    ALTERATIONS POLICY
    Since everything is custom made, should you face any fit issues, you can always send it back to us for fittings and we will send it back to you. The shipping cost to you will be borne by us. 
    Please speak to your designer in charge before shipping it to us as we need certain images/videos explaining the fittings needed.
    There is no deadline on alterations! Once you buy an Ozeqo product, we'll do the fittings for you at no extra cost anytime in future.
    RETURN POLICY
    Since all our pret and couture products are made-to-order, they are not returnable.

    However, you can return the product in any of the following cases:

    • If the wrong product is shipped to you.
    • If the product does not meet any of the specifications from the invoice like slit, cups for support or trail.
    • If the color of your product is not as per the invoice.
    • If the garment is ripped or damaged.

    Please follow the following steps in order to process a return for a product-

    1. Send a video and/or images of the defect/ error.

    2. The product should be unused and unworn.

    3. The tags should be intact.

    4. The error should be clearly stated.

    5. Our team should be intimated via email on info@ozeqo.com within 5 days of receiving the faulty product.

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellation by You:

    • You can write to us at info@ozeqo.com with a request to cancel or modify your order.
    • Store credit or refund will be provided against the immediate cancellation of an order in case of online payment.
    • We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.

    Cancellation by Us:

    • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
    • We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
    • If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Account. We will not insist on store credit but will fully reverse the transaction in case of cancellation by us.

     

    CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

    • COD is applicable up to a maximum amount of ₹50,000/-, only in India.
    • If the pin code provided for COD does not fall in a serviceable area, online payment mode needs to be used.
    • Payment must be made before opening the box, in case of COD. No credit/debit cards are accepted in COD.

     

    IMAGES & REPRESENTATIONS OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES

    • Product images are indicative in nature.
    • Actual product may differ from the image.
    • All our products are customised as per customer's specifications and there could be a small difference in how the Core or Essence is tailored.
    • For the 'You design, We create' products, there may be slight difference between the sketch and actual product.
